ASN Types • There are two ASN types: • Site Shipment (in the Pull and Bypass cycles) • Created by the Execution role at the Hub (Pull) or Supplier (Bypass) • Use the ASN Create selection under Advanced Shipment Notices • Site Shipments can be blocked, unblocked, and modified • RSC Shipment (in the Refill Cycle) • Created by the backend upload process – no UI creation • RSC Shipment is not associated with an Order

Accessing an ASN • Follow the Menu Path: ASN  ASN Summary to access the Order Summary page. • If you want, enter filter criteria and click the Search button to filter the Results list. or • Click the number that corresponds to the State and Status of the order you want. Standalone Shipment – no reference to Order – cannot create via UI 1 2 3

  4. Accessing an ASN • From the ASN List page, click the ASN number you want to access. 1

Site Shipments • Always have one line item • RSC sends to E2open via S2S or manually creates via E2open UI • RSC can manually block/unblock via E2open UI • References the original Pull Request (except for Unassigned Pull Request) • Can be more than one Site Shipment against a Pull Request • Can be in one of three states: • Site Shipment – complete with data • Site Shipment – incomplete • Site Shipment – complete without data

  8. Navigating the ASN Page • From the State drop-down menu, you can select the state of schedules (A) you want to view and then click the Filter button (B) A B

  9. Updating an ASN • At the Order page, click the checkbox for the order schedule. • Click the Block button (A) to block the order or • Update the one or more of the editable boxes (you may have to scroll right) and click the Modify button (B) to modify the order. 1 B A

Creating an ASN • From the Advance Ship Notices tree, click ASN Create to access the Search Orders page. • At the Search Orders page, click the order type from the Order Type menu. • In the search boxes, enter your search criteria. • Click the Search button to access the Order Shipment List page. 2 3 1 4

  11. Creating an ASN • At the Order Shipment List page, click the check box for the Order for which you want to create an Goods Issue. • Click the Next button to access the ASN page. 1 2

Creating an ASN • If you want, in the Shipped Quantity box, update the shipped quantity. • If you want, click the Delivery Date Calendar icon to update the delivery date. • If you want, enter data in one or more of the optional data boxes (you may have to use the horizontal scroll bar to view the boxes). • Click the Create button to access ASN Creation Status page. • At the ASN Creation Status page, note the status of your order. 1 2 4 5
