  3. y = -3x2– 9x + 1 y = -(3x2+ 9x) + 1 y = -3(x2 +3x) + 1 y = -3(x2 + 3x + 2.25) + 1+ 6.75 y = -3(x +1.5)2 +7.75 Vertex (-1.5, 7.75)
