  3. MHS Mission for SRTs The MHS vision for self-reporting tools is to develop an integrated, lifelong record of self-reported health information, tailored to population, time, and situation. These self-reporting tools will use multiple electronic modalities, provide patients and providers with immediate feedback, support the delivery of preventive services and health care to all beneficiaries, improve healthcare outcomes, enhance MHS, regional, and facility population health programs, and support Force Health Protection by contributing to a Fit and Healthy Force.
