  9. We need your full participation in our MAGAZINE fundraiser! You will be receiving a packet with various magazines to subscribe to. What you need to do is get your family, friends, and neighbors to subscribe or renew a subscription to a magazine. • In the middle of the packet there are forms in which you must PRINT the customer’s information. • You can fit up to three subscriptions (to the same address) on each form per person. If they decide to buy more than three magazines, you must fill out another form. Each different address will need a new order form. • If your order forms get filled up, there will be extra ones available in the Activities Office. • You MUST make sure that the pink copy goes to the buyer and that you keep the white and yellow copy and bring it back to the activities office on the collection date. • You MUST indicate whether it is a new or renewal of subscription. If it is a renewal, copy the name and address as it appears on the magazine or attach the label from the front of the magazine. • Make sure that you keep the collection envelope because this is where you will return the white and yellow sheets with the money. • Magazine Gift Cards can be ordered on the same order forms. Gift cards will be mailed to the buyers’ home. (see page 31 for details). • Digital Subscriptions can be ordered on the same order forms. An email address must be provided on the order form to be able to process a digital order (see page 41). • Suscripcionesen Español (see page 52 for details). Magazine Sales Instructions
