CIRCABC: A Collaborative Platform for Committees and Working Groups

CIRCABC provides a private and secure space for committees and working groups to share information across the Internet, extranet, and intranet. It is extensively used for document sharing among member countries. Built using open standards, CIRCABC supports collaborative development with around 100 installations. It features an electronic document repository with versioning, access control, and advanced search capabilities, alongside multi-language support and WAI-compliant user interfaces. Developers are encouraged to contribute to this open-source project under the European Union Public License (EUPL).
