  3. Interview Q1：Would you tell us what was the reasons for establishing the factory in Beitou? A1：Fifty years ago, the investors had chosen Beitou as the best location for establishing the factory. it is the result after evaluating the air, water, and concerning about the problem of transportation.

  4. Interview Q2：Please tell us what is the significance of the trademark of Morinaga Co.? A2：Our trademark is an “angel”, that means blessing. Morinaga Co. blesses every child, and wish they could feel “delicious”, “happy”, and “healthy”.

  5. Interview Q3：Would you tell us which are the major products, and which products are the best selling ones? A3：the major products are Hi-Chew soft candy, milk caramel, and WeiDe In-jelly.

  7. Interview Q1：What are the contributions Taiwan Morinaga has offered to Bashian borough, since it has established here for so many years? A1：The Company has offered some job opportunities to the residents in the community.

  8. Interview Q2：As a food factory, is it possible that Taiwan Morinaga cause any pollution problems to the community? If there is, what kind of pollution? A2：Apart from the noise caused by the malfunction of the motor of the factory, there is no any other pollution.

  9. Interview Q3：Do you have any suggestion to the Morinaga Co.? A3：Yes, I do have some suggestions. First of all, I hope Morinaga Co. could enhance the interaction with community. Next, I wish they could inform the residents immediately in case of any emergency or of any abnormal event, and to invite the residents in the community to assist their activities. At last, I hope Morinaga Co. could set up a special line or a negotiation window for the residents .

  10. Interview Q4：In your opinion, is there anything else that Morinaga Co. could do for the community? A4：There are two things that Morinaga Co. could do for us. First, to enhance the interaction with residents, and inform the residents of any activities; Second, to offer the Emergency Aid Scholarships with a portion of the profits of the Company to the students in urgent need.

  11. Interview Students of Wenhua Elementary School Q1：Would you tells us about the sweets memories that you have of Taiwan Morinaga? A1：My love for milk caramel candy of Morinaga Co. has never changed since I was a child. The delicate fragrance and sweetness are so “charming” as to fulfill my dream as a little kid. I even got a decayed tooth because having too much milk caramel... but it has never reduced my love for it. (Xie Yi-Liang)

  12. Interview Q1：Would you tells us about the sweets memories that you have of Taiwan Morinaga? A2：All the products of Morinaga Co. are my favorites. One of my classmate’s mother is an employee of Morinaga Co., so I am lucky to have the chance from time to time tasting the free candy. (Han Ruo-Fan)
