Indicative Scope Overview In Scope of Release 1 Out Of Scope of Release 1 • Project Management • Implement and configure nCino as integrated lending platform with the following functionalities • New Money vs Modification vs Renewals • Spreading • Automated Exposure Aggregation • Regulatory Compliance • Credit Approval • Manual Boarding Process • Portfolio Management • Customer Portal Document To-Do and Uploading, and Loan Status Tracking • 4 Integrations (out of the possible 10) between nCino and US Bank Systems using API’s & Web Services (RPMS, AFS (Inbound), Hogan, SFDC 2 SFDC) • One time data load using data loader (for 50 objects maximum) • Test – • Defect fix during system and functional testing • SIT for Accenture scope of work • Defect fix during UAT • Service Introduction • Deployment • Setting up DevOps tools (Will leverage the client DevOps) • Change Enablement and Training • Overall Program Management • Data extraction,Cleansing, De Duplication, Transformation • Performance testing / Automated testing • Usability testing • UAT Preparation and execution • 6 integrations to be considered for further release • Out of scope modules : • SBA • Customer Portal (Online Credit Application Workflow, SSO) • Automated loan decisioning • Compliance regulation (Reg U, Reg W, Reg O, FCRA (Fraud clearance) • System and functional testing • Regression testing and defect fixing of existing org and application

  21. Indicative Schedule *2 week sprint timeline is suggested as per US Bank enterprise sprint schedule (US Bank Agile studio methodology). **12 Sprints at 2 weeks = 24 weeks or 6 months (without org migration and without data conversion)

DNP Costs • Secured bay setup charges included • No offshore resources are travelling to onshore (only SM/MD Travel cost considered) • One time VPN setup cost from Offshore has been included • Offshore Background Verification charges worth INR 850/- per resource included • 50% resources are expected to work in shift B to support deployment and UAT . Cost for the same has been included. • Cab Charges included • EHL for 5 resources (1AM, 1TL, 2SSE, 1SE) for 2 weeks has been included • nCino Training cost for 1 week included (1M, 1AM, 1TL, 2SSE, 1SE) • DevOps cost included (One time Set up and Recurring Costs included).
