UW HPRC Project • Inform how to effectively engage supervisors in workplace wellness programs. • Develop and test an intervention to assist supervisors in supporting employees to engage in agency wellness programs, including SmartHealth. • A supervisor targeted workplace wellness eLearning module was developed for the Learning Management System (LMS) that will soon be available to all state employers.
