Description Whether you've been gratitude journaling for years or are interested but haven't tried it yet... science is showing us that the practice of expressing gratitude &#8212especially when combined with journaling/hand writing &#8212can change our brain chemicals to help us become more resilient, more content, and overall happier. Some benefits you might find with gratitude journaling over time includeLower stress and anxiety levelsElevated moodsBetter quality sleepEase in communicating your feelingsWays to use this journalRate your mood each morning on the top of the page &#8212and rate your mood each night at the bottomUse a system that you like. It could be a scale from 1-10, doodling a little icon of how you feel, using good/bad/neutral, or any other measure you can think of. The key is consistency.Write out one thing you are grateful for at the top of the page, like a headline.Some people like to do this daily, some weekly, and some when the mood strikes. Do you!
