Day in the life of a lion! lions are formidable hunters males are larger than females Reach up to 10 feet long tails are 2 to 3 feet tail male lions weigh from 330 to 550 females weigh 265 to 395 pounds. mostly eat zebra, wildebeest, impala and buffalo predator of the food chain They roam in prides from Life span 10-14 years

  5. Why are they Endangered? Climate change human threats such as population growth and agricultural expansion in loss of natural habitat, as well as hunting, poisoning and poaching by livestock ranchers Can reserve the land for the animals
