  2. Sacramental Prayers We will learn to sign the Sacrament prayers for bread and water in ASL.

  3. Bread • O God, the Eternal Father, • We ask thee in the name of thy son, Jesus Christ, • To bless and sanctify this bread • THOU, GOD, ETERNAL FATHER • WE ASK THEE WITH NAME THY SON, HIM JESUS CHRIST, • BLESS BREAD (point to bread) SANCTIFY BENEFIT

  4. To the souls of all those who partake of it; • That they may eat in remembrance of the body of thy Son, • ALL THEY(point at congregation) SPIRIT+THEMSELVES EAT, • THUS CAN REMEMBER THY SON, HIS BODY,

  5. And witness unto thee, O God, the Eternal Father, • That they are willing to take upon the name of thy Son, • AND SHOW THEE, THOU GOD, ETERNAL FATHER, • THEY WANT THY SON, HIS NAME ACCEPT

  6. And always remember him, • And keep his commandments which he hath given them, • AND ALWAYS REMEMER HIM • AND HIS COMMANDMENTS (CL:5 LIST) HIMSELF FINISH DISTRIBUTE, FOLLOW

  7. That they may always have his Spirit to be with them. • Amen • THUS CAN HIS SPIRIT ALWAYS WITH THEM. • AMEN.

  8. Water • O God, the Eternal Father, • We ask thee in the name of thy son, Jesus Christ, • To bless and sanctify this water • THOU, GOD, ETERNAL FATHER • WE ASK THEE WITH NAME THY SON, HIM JESUS CHRIST, • BLESS WATER (point to water)) SANCTIFY BENEFIT

  9. To the souls of all those who drink of it; • That they may eat in remembrance of the blood of thy Son, which was shed for them, • ALL THEY(point at congregation) SPIRIT+THEMSELVES DRINK, • THUS CAN REMEMBER THY SON, HIS BLOOD HIMSELF FINISH SHED FOR THEM,

  10. That they may witness unto thee, O God, the Eternal Father, • That they do always remember him • THUS CAN SHOW THOU GOD, ETERNAL FATHER, • THEY ALWAYS REMEMBER HIM

  11. That they may have his Spirit to be with them. • Amen. • THUS CAN HIS SPIRIT WITH THEM. • AMEN
