  1. An engine is a machine designed to convert one form of energy into mechanical energy. It uses to create heat which produces force. This force be linear or a torque. It can directly be derived from explosive force of combustion or chemical reaction. Karl Benz created the first commercially successful automobile. It adds to the interest of engine components manufacturers to make more powerful engines. For light automobiles, 4-stroke internal combustion engine has been the most successful. Diesel engine is used for heavy automobiles such as truck and buses. The efficiency of an engine can be increased by increasing the pressure in the cylinder, increasing the size of the engine, increasing the rate at which the engine produces the work. To decrease the size problem, the engine components suppliers focused on more compact engines with V and opposed cylinder layouts are used to replace them. The largest internal combustion engine ever built is the ‘Wartsila-Sulzer RTA96-C’. It was a 14 cylinder, 2-stroke turbocharged diesel engine that was designed to power the Emma Maersk, the largest container ship in the world. It weighted 2300 tons and when running at 102 rpm produces 109,000 bhp, consuming some 13.7 fuel each hour. The range of cylinder can be from 1-16 design with corresponding difference in overall size, weight, engine displacement and cylinder bores. Four cylinder and power ratings from 19 to 120 HP were followed in majority of models. Several 3 cylinders, 2-stroke cycle models were built while most engines had straight or in-line cylinder. There were several V-type models and horizontally opposed two and four cylinder makes too. The smaller engines were commonly air-cooled and located at rear of vehicle; compression ratios were relatively low. There are many components in an engine and we are the prominent wholesalers and exporters of all the components of engine. Piston is a component of reciprocating engine. It is located in a cylinder. The piston rings are used to gas-tight the piston-cylinder arrangement. The purpose is to transfer the force expanding gas in cylinder to the crankshaft via a piston or connecting rod. For jet engine forms of internal combustion engine, a propelling nozzle is present. This takes the high temperature, high pressure exhaust and expands and cools it. The exhaust leaves the nozzle going at much higher speed and provides thrust.

  2. Crankshaft is the part of the engine which converts the linear motion into rotational motion. The exhaust system contains devices to control both chemical and noise pollution. For cyclic combustion engine, the exhaust gas is frequently tuned to improve emptying of combustion chamber. Another most important component is the valve. All 4-stroke internal combustion engines employ valves to control the fuel and air into the combustion chamber. 2-stroke engines use ports in cylinder bore. There are two types of valves: Piston engine valves and control valves. The inlet valves admit the entrance of fuel and air. The outlet valves allow the exhaust gases to escape. Each valve opens once per cycle and the ones that are subjected to extreme accelerations are held closed by springs that are typically opened by rods running on a camshaft rotating with the crankshaft of engine. https://www.facebook.com/Deal-Nity-124627177886198/ https://twitter.com/DealnityB2B https://plus.google.com/b/113622823117937816372/+Dealnity/posts https://www.linkedin.com/company/deal-nity?trk=nav_account_sub_nav_company_admin
