  2. 1.指针不动故障 (1)现象 点火开关置ON，指针不动。 (2)原因 ①冷却液温度表电源线断路； ②冷却液温度表故障； ③传感器故障； ④温度表至传感器的导线断路。 (3)诊断 电磁式冷却液温度表指针不动的故障诊断可参照下图进行。

  3. 用一只2～5W的试灯接于传感器接线柱与搭铁间，点火开关置ON，观察温度表指针是否移动？ 是 传感器故障 否 否 将试灯接于温度表电源接线柱与搭铁间，点火开关置ON，观察试灯是否亮？ 电源线路断路 是 否 将试灯接于温度表的传感器接线柱与搭铁间，点火开关置ON，观察表针是否移动？ 温度表故障 是 温度表至传感器导线断路 电磁式冷却液温度表指针不动的故障诊断

  4. 2.指针指向最大值不变。 (1)现象 接通点火开关后，温度表指针即指向最高温度。 (2)原因 ①温度表至传感器导线搭铁； ②传感器内部搭铁。 (3)诊断 电磁式冷却液温度表指针指向最大值不变的故障诊断可参照下图进行。
