Differentiated Pay 2013 – 2014
*Portions of IRI or SBAC are used.
The building administrator will get 25% of the amount awarded to each grade level. (For each of four grade levels)
The district wide ESL teacher and Counselor full shares will be calculated at the following rate:
Central: 1/16 from each grade level
Kershaw: 1/12 of each grade level
Jr. High: 1/8 from English and 1/8 from math
SSHS: 1/8 from English and 1/8 from math
A teacher who works less than full-time will receive a share according to the above chart multiplied by the prorated FTE.
Merit pay will be based upon student mean scores on subject area End of Course Assessments for each trimester.

All mean scores will be rounded to the nearest whole number based upon the tenth place.
