  4. Niobe Magnetic Navigation System

  5. Niobe Magnetic Navigation in EP Precise, Soft, Efficiant and Effective

  6. Global status

  7. Global penetration Russia 1 Canada 3 Europe 53 Korea 1 United States 87 Japan 1 China 7 Saudi Arabia 1 Taiwan 2 Singapore 1 South Africa 1 Australia 1 Growing Worldwide Penetration 159 Systems Installed 7

  8. Procedural Volume Growth outpaces EP Total EP procedure volume grew 26% in 2010 and 11% in 2011 Stereotaxis procedures grew faster than global EP market. Complex EP procedure volume grew 43% in 2010 and grew 23% in 2011. 42% CAGR 86% CAGR 26% CAGR 44% CAGR NOTE: Complex EP = CLA + VT Internal Stereotaxis procedure data.

Stereotaxis presence in ScandinaviaTechnology adoption leadership 2010 Ablation volumes and mix Industry market data collected from various industry sources • Sweden • Lund • Stockholm Arr Ctr • Karolinska • Norway • Helse Bergen • St. Olav’s • Finland • Helsinki Univ • Kuopio Univ • Oulu Univ • Tampere Univ • Denmark • Aarhus Univ • Varde • Odense Univ • Rigshospitalet

  10. Strategy of Collaborative Industrial Research

  11. Strategy of Collaborative Industrial Research Clinical Data WIN-WIN SITUATIOIN

  12. Worldwide Market Adoption & Procedure Growth Scientific Progress Has Demonstrated Magnetic Value in EP Unparalleled capability to generate high density accurate arrhythmia maps – precise ablation. • VT • A-Tach Safely addresses the challenges of complex anatomy and delicate tissue conditions. • Pediatrics • Atrial Appendage Ability to improve continuous linear line creation mimicking the surgeon’s hands • AF • Epicardial Internal Stereotaxis data • “The Epoch solution is a major step toward making robotics standard of care and is a big step toward the goal exceeding the human hand.” • Zyad Younan, MD, Electrophysiologist, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital

  13. Scientific Progress – Over 200 Peer Reviewed Publications 2012 HRS – Scientific Proof • Pediatric Arrhythmia • Other work from Rotterdam shows 93% success rates in the smallest children with significant reductions in fluoroscopy times, and most importantly, no complications. • Many centers (Royal Brompton, Erasmus, others) now consider Magnetic navigation their gold standard for children. • Atrial Fibrillation • A paper from Milan, Italy and an HRS presentation from Bordeaux, France both suggest recurrence rates after magnetic ablation may be reduced by 10% or more compared to non-magnetic treatment. • Data from Austin, TX shows that magnetic navigation can yield 100% acute success using their preferred technique. • Congenital Heart Defects • A paper & HRS presentation from Rotterdam have demonstrated success rates of 90% in these cases. They note that magnetic navigation makes these complex cases as easy as treating normal adult hearts. • Ventricular Tachycardia • HRS presentations from Prague & Univ of OK show that magnetic ablation can have success rates as high as 90% with fluoroscopy as low as 8 minutes. • Similar non-magnetic studies have shown success rates closer to 80% with fluoroscopy times as high as 45 minutes.

  14. ICRC Animal Laboratory for Advanced Cardiovascular and CNS Interventions

  15. Mayo – ICRC Team in ActionTesting of new Prototype of Catheter for Endovascular EEG Signal Recording

  16. Memo of Cooperation between BRNO/ICRC & Stereotaxis;Clinical Research, Product Innovation, Hands-On training etc. • Clinical Papers • Randomized studies • Clinical papers • Special cases • Innovation • Hardware- & Software platform • Disposable products • Clinical Research
