Bull Island Beautification Project - Keep Poquoson Beautiful

join us on May 10, 2014, to help keep Bull Island clean. Projects include beautifying the Traffic Circle at City Hall, cleaning up Messick Point, Amory’s Wharf, Oxford Run Trail, Adopt-a-Spots, Parks and Rec Paint Project, and more. Your help is needed to honor our veterans and maintain the beauty of our community. Volunteers can contact Evie Insley at 868-3000 or Bodina Wright at 868-3590.

  2. This year’s projects • Traffic Circle at City Hall • Cleanup of Messick Point • Cleanup of Amory’s Wharf • Oxford Run Trail Litter Pickup • All Adopt-a-Spots • Parks and Rec Paint Project • Alternate – Parks and Rec front bed • Alternate – touch up last years pump stations

  3. Traffic circle at City Hall HELP ME HONOR OUR VETERANS.

  4. Messick Point Cleanup Tires, Crab Pots, and Litter are always a problem. Help me get my Spring Clean on.

  5. Amory’s Wharf Look at my new park, help me keep her shiny and new.

  6. Oxford Run Trail Litter Pickup Lot of places for litter to hide You will need your walking shoes for this

  7. Adopt – a - spots I need all my roads ready for spring.

  8. Parks and Rec paint project All my visitors do not need to see this ugly spot . Can I get it painted, please.

  9. Alternate – pump stations You did such a great job last year Lets Keep up the great work.

  11. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU….

  12. Designers / artisans • To design the garden in the traffic circle giving a clear sight to the monument. • I love plants but I want something to honor our veterans.

  13. Bull island needs you Insert logo here • To design this year’s logo. The logo is to be used on t-shirts and posters. • Because if I can’t get it from clipart, you don’t want to see it. To help keep me clean!
