  13. So now you have an interview – how do you prepare, what questions do you ask?? The last time you interviewed was at least 3-4 years ago, and that was for fellowship!

  15. YAY! You have an offer…now what about salary? What about other types of non-monetary compensation? Negotiating contracts?
