The WorldTradePort (WTP) is a Bayze International Initiative that aims to create ease of cooperation, transparency, and employment opportunities through fast trading. This benchmarking report focuses on how to benchmark and provide market information to WTP users, with the objective of enhancing communication, increasing participation, and shortening project realization time.

  3. Objective of Benchmarking • Create network of stakeholders • To enhance mutual communication • Increase participation • Generate a joint decision-making • To barter & trade • Shorten realization time of projects

  4. How to benchmark? • Three steps to make the right decision • Macro level -what does the Region offer/need for trade • Meso Level -What do the cities offer/need for trade • Micro level -What does the company offer/need for trade

  5. What can we expect? • Choose two regions of interest • Decide which information is in your interest, see classification part • In your window two dashboards appear • Benchmark at Macro, Meso and Micro level

How can we provide the market information to the WTP-users Huge database information, filtered in the steple factors to have a clear overview Each factor consist of significant information for trading which you can also decide in a table if these data should be shown in your benchmark Based on fieldwork, CIA, Chamber of commerce information, statistics etc. Provide database information via WTP Fieldwork; statistics, CIA, Chamber of commerce data, market research Applied in different factors
