  3. HOME The NCT of Delhi has been divided in 15 scheduling zones (divisions) selected from ‘A’ to ‘P’ (except Zone-I) in the Master Plan for Delhi-2021. As per Master Plan for Delhi 2021. DDA P2 Zones cover an area of near 8534 hact. The area under biodiversity park etc. (about 340 hact. area) falls in this zone ‘O’ which has been expelled from the zonal area of Zone P-II,

DDA P2 ZONE This DDA P2 Zonepropose an included land use network system with a development plan idea for effective and speedy execution by subdividing it into several sectors and identify various projects. Development concept & strategies have been obviously defined and indicate in the zonal plan report.

  6. LAND POOLING POLICY Delhi progress Authority introduce Land Pooling Policy, which is opening ways for the house buyers and also for the government to move population in the reasonable housing units.

  7. MPD 2021 Master Plan Delhi 2021is consider to the game changer in the field on construction and development in the National Capital area. Land availability for the building of housing units is always a problem in Delhi. The increase in the population in the National Capital is the matter of serious issue. The government has come up with the answer by the introduction of the MPD 2021; under which smart city will be built in Delhi and most of the population will be shift in the newly built housing Units.
