  2. Pizza, chips, Spaghetti, rice. We think all these things are nice. We like any kind of noodles. We eat noodles by the oodles. Fruit and greens are good for us. We eat them up without a fuss. And when we want a special treat, ice- Cream is quite hard to beat. Food brings smiles to all our faces. Food helps fill our empty spaces. Book p.2

  3. It is early in the morning. Baby Munch monster is eating cereal for breakfast. Grandma Munch Monster is making sandwiches for Junior Munch Monster to take to school for lunch. Mother Munch Monster is getting a chicken out of the refrigerator. What do you think the Munch Monsters will have for dinner tonight? Book p.4

We can say an apple, an orange, a plate and a cup. These things below are uncountable. We do not use a or an before them. we can say salt or some salt.

  11. How much milk do you need ? Book p.7 How much sugar do you need ? How many bananas do you need ? How many glasses do you need ? We use how many with countable nouns and how much with uncountable nouns.
