Happinessfundamentals • To be safe and healthy • To be satisfied and serene • To be calm, relaxed and peaceful • To be present and paying attention • To be unified and connected • To be inspired and to have a goal • To know how to enjoy and to be grateful • To take care of oneself and of others • To share, help, give, teach • To feel loved and appreciated, recognized • To be positive, to know how to step-out, how to let go and how to go ahead

Mindfulness • Good news is that happiness could increase and that it could be easily learned • Mindfulness could help developping all the happiness fundamentals, in the same time • Mindfulness pratice enables happiness growth for ourselves, with benefits to others • Mindfulness enhance our Quality of Life • Mindfulness is a very simple and effective practice, with scientifically proven benefits
