Capacity Building for Local Training: UN/DOALOS-TRAIN-X Network

Established in 1995 by 8 UN agencies with funding from UNDP/GEF, the objective is to create local capacity for tailored high-quality training courses. The Train-X methodology emphasizes task-based instruction, with 7 Course Development Units currently in operation. The TSC/Benguela CDU is one of the validated courses, focusing on marine pollution control.
