  7. As sure as K-103 FM has already started playing 24/7 Christmas music, the 12z run of the GFS yesterday started it’s endless winter teases!

  9. The PDO Record Continues!The Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO) monthly readings have been negative for 29 months in a row! The last positive monthly reading was in June of 2010. When looking even further back, monthly PDO readings have been negative in 53 of the past 62 months, since 2007 (86% of the time). We are currently in the second longest negative PDO stretch in recorded history (112 years - since 1900)! The longest consecutive monthly record is 36 months set from July 1948 to June of 1951.
