Outcomes Team Time • Determine when you will complete fidelity assessment and add them to your Action Plan and implementation timelines • Decide on who will access the online tutorials and bring the information back to the team • Determine when you will be connecting with your PBIS Regional TAC for support

  13. Final Thoughts • Patience is a virtue – especially in high schools • Administrative support is key • Start small and take it one step at a time • Try to use the smallest change to get the biggest effect • Practice what you preach
