  5. Construction Hauling Route Plan • All access originates from Lee Highway and N. George Mason • FROM POINTS NORTH AND WEST • Beltway Exit 66 to Route 7 • FROM POINTS EAST AND SOUTH • I-395 at Glebe Road, North to Lee Highway • NO ACCESS from I-66 or Washington Blvd.

  6. Construction Parking & Site Logistics • Onsite parking reserved for project supervision • Public transportation from BALLSTON or EAST FALLS CHURCH • Utilization of offsite parking in other private lots w/shuttles • Peak manpower during last 15 months of project—utilize new garage • NO STREET PARKING

  7. Temporary Pedestrian and Vehicular Circulation • 7-Day notice required • 1-Lane open at all times (Edison & 19th Street Utilities) • Flagman & traffic control during construction hours • Jersey barrier, plates, etc. • Sidewalks open opposites sides of N. Edison, 19th Street and N. George Mason as required • Approved MOT plan on file and available

  8. Temporary Lighting Plan No Changes Required

Construction Work Hours and Duration • Overall duration is 36 months • Bldg Demolition – Q3 2019 • Site Excavation - Q1 2020 • Garage Complete – Q2-2021 • Pavilion Complete – Q4-2022 • Work hours generally will be from 7a-4p, M-F • Workers will arrive between 6a-7a, and depart at 4p • Generally no work on weekends unless required by schedule • 9a-9p as per site conditions • Will provide notice
