  3. HOSPITAL: • Cardiology Consultation / EP Consultation • Electrophysiology / Catheter ablation / Cryo ablationion • Coronary Angiogram / Cardiac Catheterization • Peripheral Intervention / Peripheral Vascular Angiogram

  4. GENERAL SERVICES: • Holter Monitor • Cardiology Consultation • ECG or EKG • Event monitor / 24-48 hour monitor implant • Hypertension Evaluation and Management • Echocardiogram • Evaluation for Arrhythmia / Syncope • ECP • Cardiac Device Clinic and remote monitoring of Device

  5. ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY: • Arrhythmia Evaluation • Pacemaker Implantation and Monitoring • Implantation and removal of Cardiac Devices (pacemaker, insertable cardiac monitor and defibrillator) • EPS/Catheter ablation Watchman device implantation

  6. STRESS TESTING: • Exercise Treadmill Testing • Nuclear Stress Testing • Chemical Stress Testing

  7. VASCULAR ULTRASOUND: • 2D Echocardiogram • Carotid Artery Ultrasound • Implantable loop Devices • Vascular Imaging • Abdominal Vascular Ultrasound • Ankle Brachial indexes • Lower and Upper Vascular Ultrasound • Lower and Upper extremity arterial Ultrasound • Renal Ultrasound
