Likes • Likes: • Welcoming • Spacious • Clear and Precise • Easy to find your way around • Cheap • Good Quality • Well stocked ‘I liked the way they separated George from the shopping centre by giving it a separate floor, as it felt more like a clothing store rather than going to Asda to buy clothes.’

Likes • I liked all the references to Easter and how they made the Easter egg stands stand out- I also liked the colours of them all when you walked through the door • It was nice to see an outdoor table set set-up on the way in as it was a nice reference to summer which immediately makes you happy and feel good-especially as it was a nice day. • Also the entrance was overall was really welcoming and made me feel at home.

  4. Dislikes • Dislikes • Felt more like a warehouse than a shopping centre because of the ceiling • A lot of the staff trolleys were unattended ‘There wasn’t much I could fault with the store, these were the only faults Isaw and I was just nit-picking’

Customer responses • I asked some customers why they shopped at Asda and here are my responses: • ‘Its close to home’ • ‘Its cheap and I live around here’ • I found all the customers seemed very happy and at ease in the store and the cafe contained a few people who are obviously quite loyal to the store
