Remodeling the Home of the Founders Parkway The Founders Parkway is a favorite part of Las Vegas. Located in between Southwestern Las Vegas and the Paris Las Vegas Boulevard, it's only a short distance to the famous Las Vegas Strip. But, the stunning landscape that can be seen there is not exclusive to the Strip. Gorgeous landscaping can be seen along the Parkway like a paved walkway with wooden planks that leads to Castle Rock. One of the most fascinating aspects of the Founders Parkway's pavers is its comparison to other similar works that have been completed in Las Vegas. A stone bench sits in the middle of the parkway between two stone columns. However, unlike other Las Vegas parksways, the rectangular shape of this bench is more common than the traditional round design. Concrete is employed to create unique patterns around the perimeter of the stone bench. Concrete patios are found in six distinct patterns. Two of the concrete pavers that are featured in the design are concrete tabs. These concrete tabs look like the concrete patios you see in Las Vegas. Concrete used to design the Castle Rock section is colored to blend in with the natural environment. However, the concrete isn't overpowering to distract from the natural beauty in the area. The three remaining concrete segments are made of large rock shapes. Each of these large rocks is colored to make them stand out from the concrete. The concrete used in this particular section of the project is colored red to differentiate it from other concrete portions located around the parkway. The overall concrete design is comprised of 11 distinct shades. With this many shades, the designers have created a Parkway appear as a completely different environment unlike the other development. The replacement of concrete ramps and sidewalks at base level with granite pavement was another major improvement in the construction of Castle Rock's portion of the Las Vegas Strip. These pavers made of granite have distinctive color patterns that blends nicely with the surrounding environment. Granite pavers are more appealing than other pavers. They are also easier to walk on and give the driveway more smoothness in the rain. The covered walkway is yet another improvement to the Las Las Vegas Strip's layout. The walkway covered is created to prevent residents from getting stepped on by the exposed roots of the tree lined beach. This design also assists in preventing erosion by allowing rainwater to drain into the sea. The concrete walkway is embedded in the ground so no concrete sealant is needed. Instead, the pavers are made of an exclusive waterproof material
that's non-slip and heat resistant. Castle Rock offers a great climate for living. The climate is semitropical with mild winters as well as warm summers. The soil is sandy and is ideal for planting plants. You can plant everything from desert flowers, desert grasses, shrubs evergreens, and even evergreens. In addition, the land slopes towards the southern exposure of the Strip and creates an environment that is cooler for homes within this region of the city. In addition to offering an amazing view of the Strip and the surrounding area, the stone picnic area at the eastern end of the driveway also provides residents with a place to rest. The bench is made of stone and offers a moment of respite away from the hustle and hustle on the floor of the casino. The stone bench's design makes it practical and stylish. When you step down to the edge of the deck to enjoy your lunch, or sit and enjoy the stars on the Strip You'll notice how the stones bring the outside to life.
