  8. Discussion • 水溶性膠原蛋白於劑量1~100ug/mL具明顯抑制真皮纖維母細胞(CCD-966SK)細胞移動效應。 • 由於在1 ug/mL劑量下短時間有些微促進效果,可嘗試將水溶性膠原蛋白作用劑量調降至1 ug/mL 以下再觀察其是否有促進之效應。

  11. 結論 • 雖然水溶性膠原蛋白作用於真皮纖維母細胞無法看到促進細胞增生效果,然而在極其低劑量(奈克濃度)的作用下就可偵測到顯著促進細胞移動效應。 • 細胞移動的機制主要是藉由細胞膜與細胞外基質分子間的吸附與細胞內骨骼的伸拉作用,水溶性膠原蛋白的補充則可提供一個良好的細胞移動微環境,有助於細胞與細胞外基質之間吸附作用產生。 • 由於纖維母細胞之移動現像在皮膚傷口癒合過程中扮演重要角色,整體而言,水溶性膠原蛋白很可能藉由所產生之促移效應進而發揮促進傷口癒合之功效。
