Sandacz is married to a woman with whom he has a young daughter. He is an accomplished home cook and likes to prepare family meals together. He is an expert in concrete and asphalt, as well as airfield snow removal and airfield repair. As part of his job, David Sandacz led over 20 successful construction projects, demonstrating excellent aptitude at leadership and teamwork.
