  1. Pavel Labusov is Scammed by the American fraudster William Donald Redfern Pavel Labusov is a well-known Russian entrepreneur with an excellent reputation that he earned over the years. He is a philanthropist who helps those in need. Pavel implements a horse therapy project to rehabilitate children with a musculoskeletal system, Down syndrome, autistic disorders, psycho-emotional disorders, etc. He always conducts his business openly, conscientiously treats the fulfillment of his obligations, and shows respect to his business partners and competitors. Unfortunately, this trust was used by the American financial fraudster William Donald Redfern who carried out his criminal scheme with the help of two commercial American banks - TD Bank and Legacy Bank.

  2. Pavel Labusov decided to enter the real-estate business in the USA and, by 2015, he already owned a couple of properties in Florida mortgage-free. He also wanted to purchase additional rental properties, that is why he accepted the offer of William Donald Redfern (The Oakes Capital LLC) to take a loan that was collateralized by Labusov’s property portfolio. That provided a loan of 1.5 million USD at an interest rate of 3.75%. Later on, Mr. Redfern took out loans from TD Bank and Legacy Bank, leveraging Labusov’s assets without his consent. Pavel Labusov had no idea that William Donald Redfern unlawfully refinanced his properties and received more than one million USD against them. Also, the copies of the mortgage agreements and settlements from the issuing banks were never provided to Mr. Labusov, and his consent has never been obtained. At the same time, Mr. Labusov paid on time and even pre-paid his loan according to the terms of their agreement. Mr. Redfern refused to return properties to Mr. Labusov. Because of the scheme involving TD Bank and Legacy Bank, he is now suffering financial damages of over 1 million dollars. The banks helped Donald Redfern to carry out this evil plan, and now they have to answer for their actions. Mr. Redfern was the owner of the properties collateralized. Furthermore, TD Bank and Legacy Bank had no right to sign any mortgages without Pavel Labusov’s signature. This has to be investigated, and all the parties involved have to take responsibility for their unlawful actions.
