To są dane dla 19 800 MPPC które mają być zainstalowane w FGD & INGRID • Wszystko było mierzone przez HAMAMATSU, • temperatura = 250, • Wzmocnienie = 7.5*105 • Moje wnioski to: • Dosyć duże różnice w napięciu pracy, maksymalne rzędu 2V, tak że chyba trzeba grupować MPPC o podobnych napięciach. (slide 3). • Szum dla niskiego progu (0.5 photoelectron) dochodzi do 1.2 MHz (slide 4). • Szum dla wyższego progu (1.2 photoelectron) jest bardzo silnie redukowany, maksymalny wynosi około 120 kHz (slide 5). • Wygląda na to że szum (phe=1.2)/szum(phe=0.5) ~1/10. • Wydaje się że serie MPPC o nazwach TA, TB i TC są podobne. charakterystyki MPPC
