  2. Premises • October 2006 - factory relocated to 20,000 Sq ft owned premises in Hindley Green, Wigan. • Our bolt manufacturing history can be traced to the middle of the 19th century in nearby Atherton, the former Northern bolt manufacturing centre of the UK.

About Smith Bullough Special Bolt Manufacturing Division • Special bolt manufacturing division of Garton Ltd with a turnover of £1.5m. • Formed by merger of Thomas Smith & Sons (Atherton) Ltd. and Bullough Fasteners Ltd in 1996. • Combined 300 years of experience in fastener sales, manufacture and quality management.
