  2. When texting while driving you risk your safety and the safety of others such as another drivers. Also don’t shrug off the simple task of putting on a seatbelt to continue texting. You should wear your seatbelt at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Safety

  3. While driving your first priority shouldn’t be your phone. It should be the road and keeping you and everyone else in the car safe. Priorities

  4. As a driver you have many responsibilities such as keeping you and your passengers safe and obey laws such as the speed limit. Texting isn’t one of the responsibilities of the driver. Respond to the text when you aren’t driving. Responsibilities

  5. If the text you need to respond to is SO important, there are other ways to send messages without taking your eyes and hands away from the road. For example there is Siri and other voice control programs. Or you could talk to the person using speaker function or even a Bluetooth. Alternatives
