  2. For any revised web plans, please indicate in RED, along with the new version number. If the campaign has multiple phases, please indicate start and end dates for each one. Please indicate contact information for any further information.

  3. Details, details, details! Please add a very detailed description – What sort of updates are included? If there’s integration on a specific page, what is it? The more details, the better.

  4. List all production elements – every piece that is to be created. If it’s an ad/badge with different sizes, each size should be listed on a separate line. If there are badges for Teletoon, they should be listed, along with the size. If the campaign has multiple phases, please indicate the components that belong with the phase.

  5. Please indicate any creative provided by the agency/third party. For campaigns that cannot be guaranteed impressions, use a bulk weekly rate. Where should the ad/badge click to? E.g. The product page of the microsite, the Games page on YTV.com, or to the client site?
