This global support program aims to guide users through understanding and compiling the sections of the template performance indicators. It covers reporting requirements, operational objectives, national contributions, technical issues, and qualitative assessments. The program includes templates for different entities like ACP, DCP, UN/IGO, GEF, SRAP, RAP, Sec/GM, and CSO. Participants will learn about reporting on voluntary national targets, sources of information, and qualitative assessments. Operational objectives focus on capacity building to combat DLDD and monitoring systems. Technical issues like data clarification and national contributions are addressed.

Introduction to the templatesOperational Objective 1 CONS-O-1 National contribution to the target: Check previous reports for coherent trend analysis Technical issue in the voluntary n.t: Clear data through «Cancel» in the «year» field What needs to be counted in the # of events?
Introduction to the templatesOperational Objective 1 CONS-O-3 Check glossary in order to find out which CSO and STIs should be counted. Count those that are accredited and those that are not Voluntary n.t: is conceived as a combined increase of both STI and CSO. What to do if you want to split them?

Operational Objective 3 CONS-O-8 Number of affected country Parties, subregional and regional entities to have established and supported a national/subregional/regional monitoring system for DLDD • Check glossary to find out exact definition of monitoring system for DLDD and knowledge-sharing system! • For DCP the national contribution to global target only by supported DLDD specific monitoring system! • Technical issue: for ACP voluntary n.t. is enabled in case country chooses “no” for existence of DLDD specific monitoring system • Continue reporting on same system reported in the past • Linkage with CONS-O-11: information on knowledge-sharing system
OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE 4 CONS-O-13 Number of countries, subregional and regional reporting entities engaged in building capacity to combat DLDD on the basis of the National Capacity Self-Assessment (NCSA) or other methodologies and instruments • Use Unified Financial Annex to verify the DLDD related capacity building activity ! • Only projects with capacity building as the main objective should be counted • Differentiate the methodology of the identified project (NCSA or other) • For reporting info of at least one project is needed, more details to be provided in a separate box • For DCP to be complemented by info from ACP and other reporting entities
