  4. It’s all about the training • The Teaching staff • Volunteers—a paradigm shift • Not necessarily our most tech savvy teachers • Six months of training/collaboration before rolled out to the students

The chronology • Teachers receive iPads in July • Begin training over the summer and continues weekly until just before Xmas break • iPad distribution to students occurs right before the break • Email accounts distributed to students • Survey sent to students and HW assignment given • Superintendents meet with parents • Insurance discussed • iPads delivered to students • Roslyn iTunes store explained • Vouchers given
