  2. Ingredients : Potatoes (1kg) Butter (150g) Sauerkraut (200g) Sheepchees (150g) Sourmilk (1l) Salt Cumin

  3. Tools : Backingpaper Knife Metal plate

  4. STEP 1: At first wash the potatoes but don´t hull them. After that, slice them on 2 parts (longways).

  5. Step 2: Put slices of potatoes into the metal plate. Then, salt them and put cumin on it.

  6. Step 3: Put the metal plate into a oven. Bake them about 45 minutes on 180 °C. They are ready if they look like bread – with brown sheel.

  7. Step 4: Put Bandurky on plates. Butter them.

  8. Thelast step: Serve them with sauerkraut and sheep cheese. We usually drink milk with this food.
