This project focuses on identifying policies, regulations, and practices that facilitate the coordination, access, and use of federal resources for addressing the challenges faced by youth at-risk of delinquency, tribal youth, and those involved in juvenile re-entry. The project also examines the racial/ethnic disparities in the juvenile justice system and related systems approach teams to address the specific needs of rural communities, Indian nations, immigrant youth, and military kids and families.
