Building More Rapport with Your Team(Teamwork-3 min.) 1) Take a few M & M´s and place them on the table in front of you.  Do not eat them! ------- 2) One volunteer from each team will go first.   3) Volunteers, raise your hand. ------- 4) For every M & M you took, share one word that       describes you. 5) Everyone on your team will share. 6) CCQs

Matching Challenges and Solutions for Building Rapport with Students(Pairwork-4 min.) 1) Each pair will receive 8 cards:  • 4 challenges to building rapport with students • 4 solutions 2) Match each challenge to the possible solutions.         Challenge Solution Juan has trouble remembering all of his students´ names. Have each Ss create a symbol unique to him/her. Post a seating chart with each team name, students´ first and last names, and symbol. Focus on the captains´ names, then vice-captains, then other group members.
