Nº 021-2008-EF/76.01 • Ley Nº 26300 Ley de los Derechos de Participación y Control Ciudadanos. LEYES QUE REGULA LA RENDICION DE CUENTAS

  4. R e n d i c i ó n d e C u e n t a s 2 0 0 7 Gerencia Municipal ¿Por qué es importante la Rendición de Cuentas? La Rendición de Cuentas es importante porque permite evaluar el desarrollo del proceso y generar elementos para concertar, asumir y medir responsabilidades y compromisos frente al cumplimiento de las acciones trazadas en el proceso participativo, de manera consistente con sus Planes de Desarrollo Concertados. Contribuye además al fortalecimiento de la relación entre las autoridades y la población, al permitir que ésta tenga información directa, oportuna y veraz sobre las acciones y resultados de la gestión municipal.

Desarrollo integral, sostenida y sustentablemente a la cuenca hidrográficadel rió Huaura y el litoral marítimo, articulado al mundo globalizado.
