What measures can we take/do you take, personally, to prevent the spread of disease? Well personally what I do to prevent the disease from spreading is wash my hands with soap and water before eating, boil unclean water, make sure my food is cooked properly, wash hands after touching anything in public, take the right medicine for a sickness, eat healthy, do not share lip balm and food with others.(even if they are related.], if your sick try not move around with a lot of people, when you are coughing cough into your elbows same with sneezing, These are some of my personal ways but everyone can do it. All we have to do is remember these tips. That’s what we can do to stay healthy.
