  2. Background Information on the Philadelphia Eagles The colors of the Philadelphia Eagles are Green, Black and White. They play at Lincoln Financial field in Philadelphia for their home games. The name of the Eagles mascot is Swoop. The Eagles were established in 1933 as a replacement for the bankrupt Frankford Yellow Jackets. Their 2011 season record was 8-8.
