  2. GCA GrantTracker • Implemented February, 2009 • Goals • Reduce the amount of time to close budgets • Provide information not available from other UW services (Cash, and Invoices). • Decrease the number of requests for information to and from GCA

GCA GrantTracker • Benefits to Departments: • View all GCA budgets online • Search by budget parameters (Grant, invoice, PI, Department, ..) • Access to parent and sub-budget information • Submit requests and attachments • View invoices & Financial Status Reports • Provide up to date status on outstanding requests • View history of previous requests and attachments • Submit Online Deficit Transfer
