VERSAROC FLOORS 19mm (3/4” nom.) minimum thickness structural floor deck sheathing capable of spanning a maximum of 24” on center supports with load carrying capacities exceeding code requirements. 4’ x 8’ boards – factory sealed against moisture penetration with tongue & groove edges on the 8’ dimension of the boards. U.L. listed for ZERO flame spread and ZERO smoke development. HIGHLY FIRE RESISTANT – passed a ten minute duration for non-combustibility under ASTM E136. One hour and two hour fire-rated floor assemblies in accordance with ASTM E119. Extremely high shear diaphragm values. Installed by carpentry trades with standard carpentry tools. Combines the workability of wood with the strength of concrete.

For spans greater than 24” on center, install over appropriate structural metal deck. Installed by carpentry trades with standard carpentry tools. Highly resistant to fire, vermin, rot, mold, and weather.
