Sixth Annual FCSN Gala Dinner and Auction Sponsor Form Platinum Event Sponsor $20,000 This donation entitles donor to tickets for two tables of ten; VIP seating; inside or back cover full page color ad in event program; company/family logo/name in all advertising for the event, as an event sponsor; logo on FCSN website with hyperlink to your website; verbal recognition throughout event; one year signage recognition as FCSN supporter, and a welcome banner with company/family logo/name and message. Gold Event Sponsor $15,000 This donation entitles donor to tickets for a table of ten; VIP seating; inside or back cover full page color ad in event program; company/family logo/name in all advertising for the event, as an event sponsor; logo on FCSN website with hyperlink to your website; verbal recognition throughout event; one year signage recognition as FCSN supporter. Silver Event Sponsor $10,000 This donation entitles donor to eight tickets; VIP seating; half page color ad in event program; company/family logo/name in all advertising for the event, as an event sponsor; acknowledgment on FCSN website as sponsor. Bronze Sponsor $5,000 This donation entitles donor to six tickets to the event; VIP seating; quarter page ad in event program; acknowledgment on FCSN website as sponsor. “Hot Spot” Sponsor $2,500 This donation entitles donor to four tickets to the event; acknowledgment in event program.
