The mule. There once was a mule that fell down a well but the farmer didn’t want to go to the trouble to save it. So he got his neighbours over and asked them to help him fill the well with dirt so the farmer wouldn’t be miserable. . The mule.

  1. The mule There once was a mule that fell down a well but the farmer didn’t want to go to the trouble to save it. So he got his neighbours over and asked them to help him fill the well with dirt so the farmer wouldn’t be miserable.

  2. The mule • The mule heard what the farmers were saying and was shocked, but he didn’t let that bring him down. The mule decided that every time a shovel of dirt came down the well he shake it off and stand up!

  3. The mule • Even though it hurt the mule’s legs wasn’t going to give up on this one so he kept going with his eyes shut and hoped it would all be fine. Then the mule heard the farmers sigh in excitement. The farmer was amazed he gave the mule a big hug and said “please forgive me”
