  3. Constraints and Considerations Constrains Make sure it’s a calzone Make sure its savory Suitable for one person Make sure it has a filling Considerations there allergies Likes Dislikes Preparation time Filling suitable for all guests

  4. Criteria for evaluation Is it a calzone? does it taste good? Does it smell good? Is it savory? Does it have a filling? Does it look good? Is it suitable for one person?

  5. The design process

  6. Calzone fillings? • Option 1 • Basil • chicken • feta • sun dried tomato's • salt pepper • lemon juice • olive oil • tomato paste Option 2 Basil chicken BBQ sun dried tomato's salt pepper olive oil tomato paste

  7. Advantages • The BBQ sauce goes really well with the chicken. But then the leman juice and the basils would go well together as well

  8. decision I choose option 1 because even though the BBQ sauce would of tasted nice with the chicken I don’t think it would of tasted good with the feta. So I chose the option 2 because all the ingredients will taste good together.

  18. What you happen if you forgot to cut the slits • It would puff up and maybe pop and all the ingredients would go everywhere

  19. Time Management • I thought with my work plankept me organized and time efficient • Yes I did finish my calzone and clean up in time. • The work plan made sure I had good time management
