Quotes & Sales Orders - Required • View previous Quotes against Customer Account . • Want to be able to drill down on Quotes , see pricing , and be able to copy Quotes. • Sales Person must be able to view last price paid , and also be able to change pricing . • Pricing must not be allowed to go under percentage set against stock code. • Containers to be added automatically against specific stock codes . • Must be able to handle drum deposits , returned containers . • Discount percentage per stock line , or item entered on quote . • Free formatted document , or quote available , to be faxed or emailed to customer . • Quote must be converted to proper Sales Order within SYSPRO , and Job .
