Define your Steering Committee The most successful Yammer rollouts occur when a committed team of individuals, representing a cross-section of your organization, executes all tasks effectively and on time. This guide is intended to outline the roles required for a successful, enterprise-wide rollout. As you review each of the roles, keep in mind that engagement guidelines indicate the estimated number of required hours per-week that the resource should commit pre- and post-launch. Depending upon the size and makeup of your organization, it is also possible for some of these roles to overlap or to have one team member fulfill multiple roles.
